Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Cleshé is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Cleshé is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
