Order Return
Online:
We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 14 days.
For US customers, we provide a return label valid only for shipments within the United States.
For non-US customers, we will reimburse your shipping fee based on your shipping receipt accordingly.
Chicago store: No refund since available for try-on in store
Return Acceptable
The wig must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace.
Wigs, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. For your and others' health, we cannot accept used wigs for return.

The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Refund is processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).

To you to receive the product you want as soon as possible, we do not recommend exchange. We recommend that you place a new order and return your first order.
